Refund and Exchange Policy:

 

If we have made a mistake fulfilling your order

Please contact us via email to notify us in the unlikely event that we have made a mistake filling your order. Rest assured, we will take necessary action to correct any error in a timely fashion. This will be accomplished without further cost to you.

 

If you have made a mistake placing your order

Please contact us immediately via email to notify us of any mistake that you may have made while placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to make corrections for you. If the correction leads to an increase (or decrease) in cost, then we will make that arrangement with you on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, please review the policies below.

 

What items can be returned or exchanged

Almost any item can be returned or exchanged, and must be in it's original unused/unworn condition. The exception is with completely customizable clothing, such as Dickies work shirts and t-shirts with customer-chosen slogans, which cannot be returned or exchanged. All articles of clothing are custom made to order, in order to provide customers with nearly limitless style, size, color, and design combinations. The chance of reselling an identical combination is very low, making returned clothing problematic. Since your satisfaction is very important to us, we are willing to accept returns and exchanges with the restocking fees outlined below.

 

How (and how much) credit for returns will occur

Customized clothing cannot be returned or exchanged. All other clothing can be returned or exchanged with a 25% restocking fee. All other items can be returned or exchanged with a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and re-shipping (in the case of exhanges). Under no circumstances will the initial shipping cost be returned.

 

When and where should returns be sent

In order to expedite your return or exchange, please contact us via email to notify us of your need to do so. Unexpected returns may encounter delayed processing. Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your original order. You can send your return to the address below, with any necessary information for identifying yourself and your order.

We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use delivery confirmation and/or insurance if you are concerned with the value of the package or its guaranteed delivery. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be given to your original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees.
